  • Church ministry and pastoral care

THMC will make reasonable efforts to use images respectfully and appropriately.

If you prefer not to have your image or your child’s image used, you may indicate your preference in the registration form or notify the church administration.

4. Consent for Minors

For individuals under the age of 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

By registering a minor for church programs, events, or ministries, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they:

  • Have legal authority to provide consent

  • Approve the minor’s participation in church activities

  • Accept the terms outlined in this policy on behalf of the minor

This consent may include participation in church programs, activities, and media usage as specified in the registration form.

5. Access, Correction, and Withdrawal of Consent

Individuals have the right to request access to their personal information held by THMC.

You may also request to:

  • Review the information we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information

  • Withdraw consent for the use of your personal information

Requests should be submitted in writing to the church administration. THMC will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with privacy laws.

THMC is committed to protecting personal information and maintaining confidentiality.
