There are about 36,000 villages in Sri Lanka. In nearly 20,000 of these villages, churches have not been built nor has the gospel been shared. In earlier days, missionaries from Europe came to Sri Lanka stayed there, they worked and preached the good news. Still there are youths in Sri Lanka who are ready to sacrifice their lives into full time mission work for the kingdom of God. Unfortunately, due to lack of opportunities and financial circumstances, they could not fulfill this wish.

Our Training Centre aims to open a door for all of those who have a willing heart to be a vital worker in the kingdom of God. Its not going to be set up as a Bible school but rather as a Missionary School. The vision is to divide the teaching into 75% Biblical teaching and 25% practical, hands on training. Those who want to join the Training Center cannot come on their own desire. Each Pastor from the Pastors Fellowship will select the youths will come to the Center to learn and to train. After the six months training, they will be sent back to their Pastor and according to the Pastor's decision, they will be sent to the villages. Those who are sent will receive help to start up their businesses as well. This vision helps to eliminate the lack of opportunities and financial support for those who have a desire to work for His Kingdom.

The "Blessing Hands Mission" has been formed a board with 125 Pastors from the Pastors Fellowship. This board will meet every three months; their main responsibility will be to discuss and assess the progress of the program and determine whether changes need to be made. This work will be done with the council of God and the mindset of the Kingdom of God.

This Training Center will be a blessing from generation to generation. It will help to bring SriLanka into the nation shining for God. All those who haven been rejected regardless of their hard work for God, will now see opportunities to strive for His Kingdom. We are working very hard and diligently towards accomplishing this task. Let us continue to pray as the training and lesson plan are very essential. The people in SriLanka will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
